An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.
The Katyusha is to the Vehicle Factory what the V4 is to the War Factory; Tactical Artillery, delivering Blast damage which can level structures and defenses from beyond retaliation range. However, the Katie, as it is affectionately known, is everything the V4 is not. The V4 relies on pinpoint accuracy to deliver a single devastating warhead, and protects itself using its absurd range to avoid retaliation. By contrast, Katie is fast enough to pull into position, fire a hail of eight rockets with a wide spread, and then back out as fast she arrived. If the enemy is close on her tail, she has a secret weapon; a dispenser for electroshock mines, which she can trail behind her as she retreats to the detriments of pursuers.

No strange, it can just a large-caliber rockets. Something similar to: BM-31-12, BM-24, or BMD-20. So this is the most realistic unit in Paradox :)

Alas, stealth is not how the Soviets do things. Soviet Union uses superheavy tanks, invincibility inducing superweapons, and bomber zeppelins, not sneaky capitalist devices like Chronosphere or tanks that turn into trees.
