The Sunstorm ICBM :
In the case of an European invasion of the Eastern Republic countries, a defensive (and offensive) network of ICBM was put in place all around Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Yugoslavia. The Sunstorm was designed to launch nuclear warheads like any Nuclear Silo. However, when deployed in smaller-scale skirmishes, the Sunstorm can be equipped with high explosive warheads, which are faster to reload, much cheaper and more adapted to take down tank columns and enemy bases.
Protect the Sunstorm at all cost, because it will explode violently if destroyed, damaging a big area around it.

what's the reload time?
Yeah they replace the V4. They have a good enough reload time (and minimal firing range) so there's a good window in-between shots to attack them.

i was actually more worried that again Soviets get slow reload arty, while say Damocles shoots and damages quite fast(in comparison).
finally the amount of destruction matches the size of the missle! :)
