Welcome to Red Alert 20XX. The aim of this mod is to pay tribute to old Command & Conquer games, while giving YR a fresh feel in a brand new cold war context.
Once the internal quarrels of the Soviet Union dissipated, one of the first priority of the Kremlin was to rebuilt its entire airforce with modernized jet fighters. The MiG-41 is the result of the high command's effort. But still, such aircraft is yet to be mass produced, since the young aerospatial industry of the Soviet Union is unable to reliably produce core component of the jet. Hence why existing models need to be called for high tactical targets via airstrike calls.
The MiG-41 can use, in theory, a large array of weaponry and has a functionnal VTOL mode... which the commander can see if he acquires enough rare component required to build such aircraft.
