Realism Difficulty overhaul:
Manual saves allowed. 25 HP cap for player. AI - Death Incarnate parameters but with low health.
MG42M overheat values decreased. Damage increased.
Recoil decreased for all weapons except pistols.
Armor protection value decreased from 70% to 66% (back to vanilla)
Separate homepath for RealRTCW3
Auto detection for Steam and GOG RTCW copies.
Uninstalling the mod no longer uninstalls the whole game.
Atmospheric effects added(ported from BerserkerRTCW engine).
New CVARs for atmospheric effects added: cg_atmosphericeffects(1 enable, 0 disable), cg_forceatmosphericeffects (1 for rain,2 for snow), cg_atmosphericeffectslow

Graphical presets adjusted (high quality - rend2 with max settings, normal - opengl1 with max settings).
Reticle for kar98k changed.
Main menu music changed back to l_theme.wav.
weapons2.shader removed almost completely to avoid ugly weapon shadowing.
Weapons texture brightness adjusted.
DLIGHT is always on by default.
Venom and Mosic textures are upscaled with RTCWHQ.

Sometimes players screen goes crazy while respawning after the quickload or death.
Lipsync not working correctly(iortcw bug). Can be fixed by disabling OPENAL backend (s_useopenal 0).
