Two new boss monsters, more HD textures, more dangerous Pain Elementals and a cooler death for Lost Souls!
1. The Annihilator from Project Nightmare has replaced dead Pinkies on the map (not the ones you kill, just the corpses places for decor purposes). This makes Mt. Erebus a blast, no pun intended! This had the side effect of altering Revenant tracers--they're a little faster and a little weaker? Weird, I know. But hey, I've screwed the player enough, right?
2. The Diablo Monster from Doom 64: Unabsolved replaces the BossBrain. It's not a great fit for him, because he can't really move in that little corridor in Icon of Sin, but I had to replace Romero's head with something. it felt right. I added GLDefs to his attacks.
3. Pain elementals now explode and do damage upon death just like they do in Brutal Doom.
4. 10 more of Hoover1979's HD textures have made it in.
5. Lost Souls have cooler deaths now, taken right from Brutal Doom 64.
Look forward to some more advantages in version 28 to balance out how much harder it's gotten. I have a few more things I can still replace.
