One of the technical issues with maphack is where random spawns go.
Normally they spawn around other items, selected randomly.
But when you remove map size limits, things could be thrown off in potentially far away sections.
I feel like a good answer is selecting a random item near the players current position.
If the random item is uncollected, when the player gets a certain distance away it will "derez" if temporary. Or relocate near the player if long term.
