Looks like a mod with typical hl2dm roleplay script slightly modified. More specificly krims, which is lame.
If not, you should realy make atleast a simple vgui so it wouldn't look like that.
Map looks quite nice though.
Every thing is coded from scratch. and we are working on getting a vgui in. might not be in the first release though.
