Just putting on the finishing touches & I'll upload the mod. It will have 2 methods of installing, #1 is just copy the .IMG files to the correct folders & overwrite, Or, #2 I'll put in Just the icon files & you can add them to your .IMG files with SparkIV Modding Tool for Episodes From Liberty City yourself.
I'll put detailed instructions for both methods.
BE SURE TO BACK UP ALL FILES THAT ARE CHANGED!!!
