You are a marine dispatched on a rescue mission to save fellow comrades from the clutches of a research laboratory near an ancient underground temple. Find your way through the demons infesting the 3 main halls of this prison temple that should have never have been awoken, and find some gold to spare at the impromptu shop your colleagues have set up in the main room... There are a lot of treasures to unearth and optional challenges to boot. This is my first ever Doom project (or video game project for that matter!). I spent a few months on this but I never released it anywhere besides with friends and family. I'm open to criticism and advice, it is the primary reason I'm uploading it on the internet. Now for some practical information: -The different halls have been more less thought out to be completable in any order, although there IS an easier order to follow. -Game has been tested on GZDoom 4.10.0 with a DOOM II IWAD. I hope you'll enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it!!
Hello !! Everything has been said in the description, this is my first project, blah blah blah...
I hope you will enjoy this. It's not much but I enjoyed putting all of those secrets in there and playing with some features like lighting, platforms, some puzzles, and some story set pieces.
Here's to many more projects like this in the future ! Next I have my eyes set on the Source Engine and my favorite game of all time: Half-Life 2 !

Looks interesting . Especially of it's mod friendly
yell at the mod devs not the map devs.
What do you mean "mod friendly" please? Again I'm new to this and I don't know everything you can do on this game haha
I think they are asking if it is compatible with other mods. For example, weapon mods.
Yeah, I guess it is? It's completely vanilla, I only did some light ZDoom scripting. Somebody used a mod since I uploaded it here and they told me that they couldn't buy the BFG, so I guess I'll fix that soon with some other issues they pointed out like texture placement in a staircase.
Then it's mod friendly. awesome . Yes .I meant exactly that. Is there another term ? Mod compatible ?
