Not really a mod that only like your SkinPack you made and after you export it into a mod and most of people already have this idk if it true, but it can be. A real mod is where you make all the stuff by yourself or some aren't, where you make the main maps and elese. But if you think that a mod okay i accept it i only wanted to say what a real mod should be.
