PEGGLE RTBR EDITION HAS MADE LANDFALL!

BREAKING NEWS! THE FIRST PEGGLE EXTREME MOD (that we know of) HAS JUST RELEASED! INTRODUCING THE FIRST SPIN-OFF IN THE RTBR MODDING MULTIVERSE - PEGGLE: RTBR EDITION!

Yes, that's right, ladies and gentlemen - the world of Peggle has been invaded by the beta, and it's up to you to fix it up! So sign your name on the line for The RTBR Institute's recruitment program, and get ready to shoot some pegs!

What's on the (main) menu?

Upon opening the game, you'll be greeted by the site of Beta domination - poor Bjorn has had his head chomped and a pair of cremators patrol the Combine's home base of City 17. Pick from your selection of greenified menus, and then take control of one of the Combine's own Cremators to fight back the beta corruption! Also take note of lots of RTBR iconography and content snuck into various menus to help you get into the vibe!

Levelling Up?

Three levels have been especially modified for RTBR theming, with RTBR's vortigaunt and headcrab as the most recognised additions...But wait, this is also the first official reveal of RTBR's hunter (albeit heavily photoshopped to fit into the level properly) and antlion grubs! Expect a more detailed look at these later, but for now, they'll present enough barriers on your road to liberating Pegopolis! With your trusty Gravity Gun Ball Launcher (patent pending), those pegs don't stand a chance!

Game, Set, Match!

Land a particularly good shot, and Barney's dulcet tones will spur you on to greater heights (note that in our testing this feat is practically impossible to pull of legitimately, so the dramatization above might differ from the event in-game)! Shoot a particularly bad shot, and maybe luck will be on your side with a free chance to try again...or maybe your luck will have already run out!

Freeing Pegopolis

If your noble quest succeeds, you'll be given your own certificate of excellence for your good deeds - so step up, play on, and show those pegs who's boss!

This was a fun side project for a few on the team since the middle of last year, being that thing someone would occasionally go "oh, we're doing that, aren't we?", spurring on a bit of additional work. We hope you enjoy this slightly more engaging take on an April Fools joke and stay tuned for our first Division 3 content update coming soon!
