I know. Play through my mod, you'll notice the first level here should be the 2nd or third level but redesigned, i'm currently in search of someone who knows more about con files n such so sit tight
I've got a soft spot for lameduke, and duke 3d betas in general so i wouldn't worry too much, truly don't judge level order in Unlame duke, it'll be a mixture of original lame duke redesigned levels and mine
The problem is wanting to mess with it in general build can be a depressing place.
I had this similar idea for a FPS that is inspired by LameDuke and the other prototypes. Basically it's what if LameDuke was actually finished? It's like the Duke Nukem Forever 2001 Restoration Project, though it would use a protagonist different from Duke himself and it would probably be made on the Unity or Unreal engines with sprites used for the enemies, weapons and stuff.
