A street brawler for Quake. This mod features full cities with internal gangs that ALL hate you. It features a full fighting system with combos, many weapons, visible weapons, a great chasecam, full cities, many gangs, civilians to beat the crap out of, and bullet time used in a way never before.

Ok, I'm stuck on a bug right now, trying to get around it... the bullet time will be used in a way to get more accurate combos down. Of course, you can disable it. This is one of those bugs that you have checked over hundreds of times and you just don't know what the deal is. Anyways, thanks for the comments and all that stuff. More news to be posted when I get this damn bug fixed.

I'm not going to give too much away here, all I'ma say is, its used in specific areas of the game that add to the "fun". It isn't activated by the player.
No, he means, how is it activated? Do you hit a key, like Max Payne, or perhaps get a 'slowmo' powerup, like Nexuiz (or Codename Corporal, whatever that is); or maybe at random, annoying times, like O_o :D
may be refers to real ballistics
