Nowhere is a HL2 single-player mod based on the life of a small time farmer waking up to find himself in the middle of a catastrophic downpour, littering the countryside with parasitic organisms. Minimally armed, he heads to town to investigate what has happened to the world, and the greater implications of the parasite, encountering a brutalized city swarmed with the infested.
Nowhere is a personal long-term project of mine, and something I've made a personal mission of seeing through to completion. I would like to have it complete by the end of 2006.

I've been working hard and finally have additional media to show for the work being done. Some of these shots display parts of a new environment, crossing through the mountain tunnel pass. Some shots are actually re-envisioning of older material, such as the farmhouse and gas station. I've done a lot of work to create custom textures for the levels, giving them a grittier feel. Here are a few shots from the lot. The rest can be seen on the modDB page or the main website.
Also released, are two new wallpapers, which in a way also serve as unique screenshots.
Additional sizes for different resolutions can be found on the website.
Work continues, so expect another update come quickly!

anyway, not big news, so im just gonna put it in comments. i havent forgotten about the media update. i have to finish my portfolio website before summer ends, so thats what im sort of geared on right now. as soon as thats complete though, back on track.
