I was playing the Victoria 2 Ultimate mod the other day, playing as France starting during the Napoleon era. I was, however, quite disappointed at how little effort was put into simulating the Napoleonic and Revolutionary wars. This mod aims to change that by adding events, decisions and nations for a plausible experience during this era. It will allow you to either create vassal states and rule Europe as France, or to defeat this nation for the purpose of a balanced Europe.
