I have assembled quite a huge roster of DC-universe and Marvel-universe characters, songs and stages. In this version, you will need to win two fights to win a fight. New Characters: Added characters, from the original 252 characters in the game (present in Superheroes 2000 V4.3, the mod of wich i modified before replacing the screenpack with my own and adding everything from scratch- to not irritate that mods creator), to 304 characters in the game, and 413 characters in the char-folder. I have not only added characters, but also replaced some characters with other better versions of these characters- or with completely new ones. The best characters are already in-game, and the lesser characters are not. New Stages: Added stages, from the original 92 stages, to 112 stages in this new version. New music: Added music from the original 92 songs, to like 108 songs or something like that.

Changes include:
1. Updated characters - many characters have been updated into their most recent versions, replacing the older outdated versions of the same characters. I did not create the characters or update the files of the characters - instead i have updated this mod with the characters updated by others and uploaded for download on the internet. Characters now have more sprites, more attacks, better looks etc - overall they are better compared to before.
2. New characters - which are replacing older ones.
3. 510 characters in the char-folder, which is a lot of new ones compared to before - any player can go through the files and choose for himself which ones to test out and keep. There were limited room in the selection screen and i never figured how to increase the slots.
This is the promised update of the mod, but i did not do much more than update characters, add new chars replacing some older ones - and then play-test it. - Otherwise i feel the mod is pretty much done.
It's not as big an update as previous years but at least the mod has the most recent great quality characters.
This will be it for at least another year until the summer of 2020.
Enjoy this release until then, and remember that you only need the recent version of the mod!

2021 version?
Sadly my user has been banned from the Mugen Archive without explanation and I cannot access any recent characters on the site - making updating this mod hard.
Very sad news. But i hope you win this.
It says something about virus and **** - my computer may have been infected at one point or another but it's weird that they would ban someone because of it.
Everytime I login I cannot access the download-section.
In time to time they block download section for not active uploaders. You can use tor or vpn.
