Cinematic Mod 2013 - Explicit Content Patch
We are all aware that the Cinematic Mod came with out of place sexual content that was downright sexist and objectifying towards women. This is now fixed so the otherwise impressive and fresh take on Half-Life 2 can be enjoyed properly.
The following has been removed or changed:
Porn images that were plastered all over have been removed.
Explicit grafitti of both sexual images and random swearing has been removed.
The dildo in Alyx's bedroom has been replaced with a noodle box.
The corkboard in Eli's lab has had it's random pictues of women changed to a regular photo of Alyx and a resistance propaganda poster.
I recommend playing the Cinematic Mod through MMod which updates the mod with a much more modern framework. I have a version of this patch available for MMod here: Moddb.com
Installation Instructions
Copy the folder "CM2013" over the same folder in your MMod installation.
