While Mental Omega 3.0 itself is almost ready for the first public release, it cannot happen until AttachEffect feature is implemented into Ares post v0.3 which hasn't arrived yet. If you're a modder, you can grab latest unstable version and run some tests with it at Ares.strategy-x.com
