It's not that hard. Start small like I did: download TibEd from Tibed.net. Install, and start messing around with the stats. Modenc.renegadeprojects.com is a great site for tutorials, tools, better descriptions for the applicable flags, etc. Once you can handle that, download the game's map editor, extract the original maps with XCC Mixer, mess them up and place everything plus the new graphics in .MIX files. Don't forget the .CSF file.

Is the Hummingbird for the Allies? The Atomheart replaces the Nuclear reactor for the Chinese? And Epsilon has two aircraft in their disposal.
1) Yes
2) Atomheart replaces the Chinese Science Lab
3) Epsilon will have 3 Aircrafts as well the Third Variant still undecided on the role
