Medieval Kingdoms: Total War is a total conversion of Total War: Attila with brings the game to the high middle ages, set in the starting year of 1212 AD going until 1453 AD. This mod will completely revamp the game with new factions, units and much much more! (Yes this is the same mod team as for the Rome 2 version.)

Doesn't he need a helmet? I mean the beard is magnificent and most beautiful to look upon, but still. Safety first you know?

Haha! Clever Hans! Hides helmet under hat. You thought it was his weakpoint but it is his strongpoint. Now you get stabbed!

Is there any connection between you guys posting this pic and the publishing of this video (https://youtu.be/IBBA-T1Wv5c) on the same day?

I think having them as unlockable units for Austria and the HRE makes more sense than representing them as mercenaries. In the 15th century Landsknechte were still largely the Imperial troops of Emperor Maximilian, it was only really in the 16th century that rulers from across Europe employed them as mercenaries.
