The main goal of this modification is to make the game more dynamic and beautiful.

With the updated graphics and new gameplay features, the game feels different. The player can feels that he has a powerful weapon - a nanosuit.



In this modification there will be gameplay improvements such as:

  • New movement mechanics: Dash, Sliding, Climbing System
  • Bullet Time with VFX like Matrix-Style bullet tracers
  • New FirstPerson weapon view bobbing and swaying
  • Camera view bobbing
  • Camera animations for weapons
  • Action-crosshair (like in COD MW19)
  • UI bobbing
  • Gore system with updated VFX and dismemberment
  • Full nanosuit modes rebalance
    and much more

Also, in this modification there will be graphics improvments such as:

  • Screen space local reflections
  • Optional Cinematic posteffects: Lens Dirt, Lens Flares, etc.
  • Screen Space Shadows
  • PCSS
  • New terrain textures blending algorithm
  • Updated Light effects for AI's LAM
  • New Ambient Occlusion algorithm

and much more

Hello guys! I've returned from a long vacation and I am ready to share the latest news.

To begin with, the textures of blood splashes and blood pools have been updatedScreen2
Color and textures are not final.

Added body damage textures on characters, also now a wounded NPC leaves bloody footsteps (if his HP is less than 20%)

The Reflex sight shader has been updated. Now reflex dot have depth and parallax effect like in modern tacticool games:



Frag Grenades now can explode on bullet hit. Cool feature inpsired by F.E.A.R. game:

Climbing the ledge is now accompanied by first-person animation (the animation was used from Momentum Modification):

The Enemies can be kicked by Sliding Movement. NPCs falls to the ground after colliding with a player if the player is sliding:



Added the ability to air power stomp.
If player is in air he can make power stomp by pressing crouch button and make big boom around him:


And small suggested by one user feature: Nanosuit now is flash after player damage, this feature was cut from the original game, so I returned it (:

Brother could you port the Crysis 2 weapons models to your mod ? would be awesome, Idk I want the weapons to look bigger in the screen, the reflex sights looks tiny as an example when you compare weapon and size of Crysis 1 and 2 xD or maybe do you know what should I do to do it myself ? commandos I think, I tried cl_fov and draw_near_fov but i didnt work as intended

To adjust the perspective of first-person models you need the commands: r_drawnearfov - field of view for first-person models, i_offset... - values ​​​​for shifting models relative to their original position. All values of these commands are hardcoded in game dll, so these values is reset to default after weapon changing or game restart

Не знаю, разработка не очень быстро идет, поскольку времени немного свободного.
Ну, эффекты и текстуры я буду адаптировать в первую очередь под кастомные шейдеры, если оно будет криво работать на оригинальных шейдерах, то вряд ли я буду как-то адаптировать это дело
