Master Sword, a first-person MPORPG mod for Half-Life, was first created in 1998 by Dogg and Evaan. For over a decade now, dozens of developers have come and gone, contributing to and expanding the project. When Steam came about, the game looked doomed. But then, in 2005, Kuroneko combined forces with several members of the original team, as well as many new ones, and managed to update it for use with Gabe Newell's new beast, giving the game a full makeover in the process. Since 2005, we've gone from 11 maps, to over 50, from two spells to over twenty, from a dozen weapons to nearly a hundred, and added litteraly thousands of monsters, NPCs, quests, and features.
The Kharaztorant Cult formed a few centuries
before The Age of Blood, after the great dragon
Kharaztorant suffered a crushing defeat at the
hands of the Dwarven armies and was forced into
hiding. Consisting mostly of humans, dazzled by
promises of great power, the fanatical cult seeks
to do the will of Kharaztorant and make way for
the eventual return of their master.

That big monster looks liek its from Natural Selection and the small one looks like the ones from Resident Evil.
lol, good point ;).
the middle is an edited fade which we have permission to use, and we are still attempting to find/contact the creator of the small creature on the left - it had no address to find the creator.
As far as I can say, the model on the left looks definitely like a reskin of the H.I.T. Gonome, released with Sven Coop 3.0. Ask the H.I.T. Team (http://www.hl-improvement.com) for permission.
you got permission from obst who made the model hack AND the ns team for that red fade model?
A mail had been sent to the maker of the licker but no reply yet.
The licker model was actually reanimted so I asked that guy instead
we got permission to use the custom fade model as EvilSquirrel sated in his post
The Kharaztorant larva is the little guys that look like resident evil monsters then they turn into Kharaztorant childre then they turn into a random element Kharaztorant such as fire Kharaztorant or apocly Kharaztorant, its all in good mod making that makes this the best mod i ever played.
yet again people asking daft questions about permission rights, use the time to ask about the mod, im sure if these modders are nice people (which they are) then you will learn of the thankx and credit in the credits or readme for the game, nearly everyone does it now and theres even websites that offer them out for free, just like the mods themselves. Lots of hard work goes into them from programming to mapping and its a hard process so 'borrowing' models and textures just frees up more time to put into detailing, scripting even voice overs. Even the big game companies themselves do it. For example one of the first mods for Crysis had some advancements to its script the Crysis team then used script from that mod to use in their dlc. Dont take any of this the wrong way unless your a mouse then read it upside down. :D
