It would be a shame if Tommy could only look at the pool or drown in it. So, instead, he has learned how to swim!
Asa, the mod's programmer, was able to implement a swimming mechanic into Mafia with using nothing more than the game's very limited internal programming language. You may notice that it hasn't got the smoothness of Red Dead Redemption 2, but I'm astonished with how he was able to pull this off.
WAIT WHAT?!
Heeeeeeeeeey, is this possible to use this feature in regular game?
I suppose this could be used for the water in Lost Heaven as well since it is "just" a script which detects if the player has entered a boundary. In the mod it will only be implemented within the Titanic missions though.
