Description

Adds Vizier, adds a new unit to the beacon, transfers Essence of the Deceiver from the Necron Lord to the to the Vizier. adds beacon improvement from UA duel release.

I'm probably going to keep gradually updating from this one until it has some more of the other units the unreleased "failed versions" were originally going to include; e.g. Husks and the Outsider, I'll probably add a Manifestation of the Void Dragon to the Thane too (based a little on the recent tabletop version of his shard)
