The annoying crash caused by the dust scarabs spawning seems to have been fixed in this version, dust scarabs and air scarabs have identifying event fx added.
The annoying crash caused by the dust scarabs spawning seems to have been fixed in this version, (albeit just by making the ability exclusive with the summoning portal they come out of), dust scarabs and air scarabs have identifying event fx added (air scarabs currently have a green ball around them and a white trail flickering underneath them, while dust scarabs have dark soot-like fx floating around them)
Other changes in this version :
Tomb spiders now produce "Scarab Swarms" for a cost of 25% health, which are single member squads with approximately the same overall health as a squad of aerial attack scarabs has, if undamaged, these squads can kill themselves to burst into a shower of Arial attack scarabs (direct spawn), (scarab swarm removed from greater summoning core)
melee damage dealt by dust scarabs should also now be reduced by about half (via an in-combat modifier)
Necron Thane can now reinforce with a static turret which allows the thane to teleport and to add immortals or more turrets to the squad.
I've noticed this version doesn't have the slight beacon fix from the older "UA duel release" version, I'll bring that in and see if I can fix the thane not playing it's shooting animation and then release a version 1.6f (and I'll probably swap that trail fx on the air scarabs for the fleet of foot trail fx or something)
