Kinda, I believe.
The old Stalker Garbage is much longer, stretching North more, so the Duty checkpoint may be further; I do remember a bridge in Old Garbage, though, so it may be past that (which may be past this building in the screenshot).

Did you took sky textures from Old Oblivion lost?
nope, if you played priboi story, you could see this there already, or any mod which uses priboi's weather.

You told in FAQ about 3 kinds of weather to install: 2003,2004 and SWO for DX9. What should I select to see this awesome sunset? And will be this sunset on other locations too, not only on garbage ?
This sunset has become already recognizable trademark of your team!!! ;)
this will be only in the 2003 static weather preset, and only on garbage by default. but you will be able to call it with "sv_setweather gar" on any map.
