Last Alliance: TW is overhaul mod to Shogun 2. This mod base on stories from Tolkien's books, concretely on wars Dúnedain and Elves against Sauron at the end of the Second Age. This still WIP, but is avaiable alpha with playable Akallabêth campaign ^^

The most fanatical and devoted among the Itgel lead the cult and are in charge of organisation of the orders. They also often provide additional support to the Great Khan's personal guard.
They have been pivotal in many war campaigns and are widely hated by other folk because of their exceptional brutality. Especially in Rhovanion, where they led the repression of the occupied population there.
Like the rest of the Itgel, they usually fight on horseback, but are equipped with two-handed axes for fighting on foot.

It seems to me that there are too many riders here, you already have an equestrian faction, if there is another one, then the cover of both factions will be lost. I also think their appearance is too much focused on the Huns, they must have something else from the East (China, Japan). Personally, in my opinion, they need more units that resist cavalry, and cavalry that will differ from the cavalry of Rohan's ancestors, for example, horsemen who will have good armor and will be able to stay in close combat for a long time and have good characteristics if they dismount
