You should make Poland and Lithuania separate countries, add Russians (I don't know how they called themselves at the time), make accurate map, names of castles, towns and villages in languages of their countries, make more accurate units, armors and much more stuff. Oh, and you could add you could also add Czech Kingdom and Germans.
I assume this mod will be playable in next year anyway. But maybe if you will do good job, this mod can be one of the better mods. And I suggest you to find somebody experienced who could help you with this mod.
