Well both Kane and that Commando not really something you will see too much in the battlefield since some hard conditions need to be met before you can get them, so they won't interfere too much with the actual gameplay, that why I didn't removed them/moved them to the world builder section.
I found him in Satellite Uplink, but he require a GDI symbol. What is this?
How do you summon him?, I can't figure out what the GDI symbol is either
