Full Version 2 commentsInstructions inside the download file. This mod adds dynamic lighting and also improves the original lantern and hand models. [Version 1.3]
This mod features:
-Dynamic lighting-
The lantern now casts shadows.
-Fully modelled lantern-
The glass is now see-through and the inside has been modelled.
-Mandus' arm from Machine For Pigs-
...which is a bit more detailed than the original arm model
It has been retextured to resemble Daniel's clothing from concept arts.
Now a version which uses the original arm is also available.
This mod doesn't affect gameplay!
The aim of this mod is to subtly improve the main game, not to implement any drastic changes.
This mod is set-up in a way that allows you to play the main game and custom stories using the same saves as the original game, meaning that you can continue playing normally whether you'll be using this mod or not.
You can modify and use this add-on in your Amnesia mods as long as you credit me.

I really like the new arm.
It's Mandus' arm, retextured and slightly reanimated to resemble Daniel, and it works with lanterns animated for Mandus' arm, so I put the Rebirth lantern on it.
This mod essentially allows it to represent all 3 Amnesia games in one.
However, to be perfectly honest with you, I hate the "improved" lantern. It has such a **** yellow color. I hate it.

Looks like an amazing mod! I just wish this was out during the very first time I played through Amnesia. It could have enhanced my immersion more.
