What has been going on?

Hello, everybody! It has been a while since the last update of our mod. Progress has been going fantastic, and we are soon to release a demo to present our progress!

We have gotten CSM to work, which is real time shadows. It is still buggy and in a state that is hardly presentable, though. We plan to improve upon it as time goes on. This mod is far from completion, though.

Due to some unfortunate issues from within the studio, the server has been deleted. Fear not, though. We are reforming at another location. The new Discord invite will be shown after this update.

We are working on making a server a lot more user friendly than before. We still have all of our assets since the deletion. Your support is greatly appreciated!

We do not have a precise release date for this mod. We plan to release the Half-Life 2 enhancement before the Episode One and Two enhancements. The estimated release date is somewhere in 2021 or 2022. Please be patient with us!

Thanks to our great developers, we are making steady progress. Eventually, we will get PBR and God Rays working again. (And this time, the God Rays won't be so bright!)

We have a lot of work to do. We are still early in development. We are definitely going to stay on Source, despite the release of Half-Life: Alyx.

So compared to MMOD and HL2 Update, what does this mod aim to do? Screen Space Reflections? SSAO? Something like that?

We plan to do some Source modding, like revamping lighting to be real time, add real time reflections, using Biohazard CSM, etc. That stuff would require a lot of optimization.
