Leader Overhaul Mod reworks each leader to further differentiate each leader from one another, and adds 4 completely new leaders: Sesa 'Refumee's Heretic Faction, the Flood Gravemind, The Grunt Rebellion, and The United Rebel Front.

Leader Overhaul Mod v1.6.1:
*If you are updating from a previous version, delete the previous version before installing.
Download and extract this .rar archive using WinRAR or an equivalent program.
If you are using the Steam version, you may place the "LeaderOverhaulMod v1.6.1" folder anywhere. If you have the windows store version, then you must put it here:
C:\Users\*YourUsername*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.BulldogThreshold_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState
Open the "LeaderOverhaulMod v1.6.1" folder, then open "ModData" and copy the address/path.
Then, go to:
C:\Users\*YourUsername*\AppData\Local\Halo Wars
Right click, create a .txt file and name it "ModManifest".
Open ModManifest and paste in the address that was copied.
Save ModManifest, and you're done

Download and install Medstar's Mod Manager
Follow the instructions given in the description of the Mod Manager
Place the "LeaderOverhaulMod v1.6" folder in the "HWDEMods" folder

- Increased floot root cost from 75 to 250
- Increased build time for beacon flood roots from 0 to 5 seconds, matching all other beacon buildings
- Added two AR marines to rocket marine squads (will be changed to some extent in 1.7)
- Reduced beacon flood root hitpoints by 20%
- Fixed the double hawks issue
- Increased Abomination damage by 40% for main attack, and by 300% for special attack
- Increased Abomination AOE radius by 14% for main attack, and by 50% for special attack
- Increased Abomination stun duration for main attack by 100%, and for the special attack by 300%
- Increased Tank Form stun duration by 33%
- Added "SmartTargeting" to Tank Form main attacks. When multiple Tank Forms are told to attack, they will each try to target separate units rather than all attacking that one.
- Changed damage type for Stalker and Ranged forms from LightArmored to Medium
- Changed damage type for Tank forms from Medium to Heavy
- Increased Carbine projectile speed by 66%
- Increased Beam Rifle projectile speed by 100%
- Increased Sniper Rifle projectile speed by 200%
- Increased Spectre and Prowler projectile speed by 100%
- Greatly increased the range of Flame Warthogs
- Increased AOE radius of Protos Scarab by 66%
- Flood Beacon buildings are now able to be auto attacked
- Fixed missing Icons for base buildings
- Added Floot Root sockets to Proto Graveminds
- Reduced flood beacon HP to 150 from 2100
- Increased damage of Forge's shotgun special ability by 33%, and the anvil round ability by 100%
- Increased AOE radius of Forge's Anvil round ability by 50%
- Added stun immunity to all unsc leader units
- Increased Tank Form melee damage and range by 40%
- Increased Forge Shotgun damage by 50%
- Increased Combat Medic hitpoints by 100%
- Reduced Vulture Pop cost from 12 to 9
- Forge's warthog is now cyclops repairable
- Reduced Pop cost for Modified Locusts from 3 to 2
- Increased Swarm damage by 8%
- Changed Weapon types for Tank, Ranged, and Stalker forms
- Reduced damage for Infected rocket marines by 43%
- Increased Stalker form main attack damage by 14% (does not take into account damage type change)
- Decreased Stalker form main attack damage by 12% (does not take into account damage type change)
- Fixed an issue that caused Skirmisher Champions' Focus Rifles to deal far too much damage than intended.
- Reduced Infection forms Obstruction radius (collision size)
- Increased Pelican and Spirit HP increased by 25%
- First upgrade for Pelicans and Spirits changed from Carrying Capacity increase to Speed increase
- Slightly increased build time for pelicans and spirits
- Pelicans and Spirits can now be selected properly with all units, local units, etc
- Increased Infection form speed by 11%
- Trained Carrier Forms now have 2 Carriers per unit
- First Carrier form upgrade (Infecting detonation) was removed. Carriers now infect units on detonation by default
- Added voice lines for Pelicans and Spirits
- Reduced Modified Locust Pop cost from 3 to 2
- Pelicans and Spirits are now able to be repaired
- Added two Assault Rifle Marines to Combat medic squads
- The "Lockdown Ability" upgrade for Rhinos was replaced with Scorch, which adds a burn effect to their attacks. Rhinos now also start with the ability to lockdown
- Increased the amount of Hitpoints provided by Rhino's Steel Plating upgrade
- Increased the amount of Hitpoints provided by Rhino's Steel Plating upgrade
- Medics are now trainable from Elephants after Marine's final upgrade is researched
- Removed Marine Grenadiers and their upgrades
- Increased the time required before AI players being cheating upgrades
