Ok you know what, about a few months ago I called Microsoft some pretty bad things over Halo Wars 2. I take it all back
I never imagined they would listen to their fans enough to re-release the original Halo Wars onto PC, LET ALONE ON WINDOWS 7 AND STEAM
I am utterly flabbergasted on this
Now the only thing missing is Mod Support, there was a rumor at my old highschool that if you beat all the levels and skirmish maps on legendary you could unlock the Flood for skirmish. Although the rumor was untrue I hope a modder will be able to give us the implied experiance

it got windows 7 support also, in this trailer they showed the platforms, not the operating system.
They did something with the balance of the original game. It plays differently now. Me and my brother used to play halo wars religiously from release up until the mulitplayer population completely died. The remastered version plays differently.
