This is the first of many... Each vehicle in the mod will have (if needed) a specific transport animation. Not only does this add to the overall "Halo" feel but it also makes reinforcing a little bit more visually exciting...since not every transport will have the exact same animation now... Yes, that scorpion does drop from the Pelican when deployed.

Side note... Anybody know how to change the amount of time it takes to deploy a unit to the field? And if so, can it be set for individual units or is it a blanket parameter that applies to all? I ask because there is an awkward delay after the Scorpion drops, to when the Pelican flies away that I'd like to get rid of by making the actual unit appear faster (the dropped Scorpion is just part of the animation and disappears when the real unit takes its place).
There is, I don't remember which confs you have to change but it was in the transport units XMLs IIRC.

The Hutt palace has an upgrade that decreases deployment time, have a look in the Opgradeobjects_underworld XML, there you will find the Hutt palace with the upgrade that changes deployment time with this function: <Reinforcement_Deploy_Time_Multiplier>.75</Reinforcement_Deploy_Time_Multiplier>
As you can see, reinforcements drop 25% faster with this upgrade because 1 is normal deployment time :P Then you can you can just pick the units you want to deploy faster with:
<Applicable_Unit_Types>[Put unit here]</Applicable_Unit_Types>

Thanks! :) Vehicle transports are in Skirmish and CG. Factions are: Zann = removed. Empire = Covie. Rebel = UNSC
Maybe you should consider adding the Insurrectionist (rebels) Halopedian.com as the third faction
Already considered and decided against it. They will be an indigenous faction only.

hey, azwsome pics, just wondering though, can we get the pelican as an actual deployable unit? and have it deploy marines like the at-at does storm troopers, also arm it with chain gun and 2 rocket pods?
Nope. It's too big. I was considering having it as an ability though, like a missile strike or something... Probably not though.

a strike force for UNSC and covie teams
UNSC would have 8 rhine squads 3 hogs and a scorpion (maby)
covie would have 8-9 grunt squads 3 ghosts and a wraith (maby)
they would both be like 3 pop to deploy,
PS: will you increase ground pop like RAW did?
