In April 2020, Combine attacked the Earth. Russia was the country that announced the capitulation of the Earth. Putin was made Earth's Administrator. Moscow has became City-17. In 2024, Lenin was brought out of stasis. He and CPRF are going to overthrow Putin's regime to get the Combine off the Earth!
