Not bad actually - except for the roof.
I hate roof tops myself but I suggest adding more variety to the left roof section. Either add some sort of cables, air ventilation fans, or vents on top. Or a large opening heading up to the surface to bring down large pieces of various equipment. But it seems you got that covered already?
That being said you desperately should add more texture variations for the roof. You've got several options here.. Add a frame near the outer edges in consistent distances away to the walls throughout the room. Or play around with covering some sections with a different roof texture so that it won't look so repetitive.

The Vent shaft in my screenshot basically serves as cutting point for another roof texture.
Another thing that might work nicely here would be some earth quakes especially when that piece of the ceiling falls down..
Some of the window glasses could eventually break all together or just some parts of it.
