A map rich with ambient sounds is as least as important as a map with good lighting. Nice work.

If I'd suggest something it would be to perhaps reduce the gas sound effects and add a soft wind ambient sound.

I agree with the others. Forsete gives a good recommendation. Reduce the volume of the gas effect slightly while also adding an Ambient wind sound that plays occasionally.

Assuming that it fits by your map and building designs. Extend the area area beyond the house with the ventilation shafts on the roof top by either adding some power poles, a water tower or communication tower perhaps satellite dish. Eventually also some cliffs in woodland setting.

Not knowing what will happen here. Eventually 1 soldier patrolling the area back and forth.
