For those who aren't aware of what this is, it's basically a mess-up mod, though thankfully it's one of the inoffensive ones.
The most apparent changes (besides the 'wacky' noises and on-screen text) are the enemies and weapons, which have all been changed visually - and the weapons have had their ammo pools increased - but are functionally the same as in the original game.
There's also a few fun new things dotted throughout the campaign (don't spoil them by looking in the models folder), but nothing that fundamentally changes the game all that much.
As far of these types of mods go, this is actually one of the better ones. There's nothing offensive like in, say, Crack-Life and while the edited voice clips can be a bit all over the place, if you're racing through the game you won't even hear half of them, so...
TL;DR - pointless (as all Mess-Up Mods are), but it's still one of the better ones and if you wanna replay the game, you could do a LOT worse.
I had to redo it mostly for "lore" reasons and improvement
