After you downloaded this Half-Life maps.zip open it.Open the maps folder.If you want the Opposing Force maps for Half-Life, open your Half-Life folder(Example:C:\Program Files(x86)\Valve\Half-Life\).Copy the folder of the game maps you want and paste to Half-Life folder.Start or restart Half-Life and these maps will apper in the Create a server fuction.

It's gonna top Source Maps, because its golden!
Dunno what this is all about or what he tries to tell us here.
But every screenshot including the video are the work of other people their work.
Maybe he tries to tell us to rebuild the Hl maps including the mp maps into a fully functioning facility that you can explore and go forth and back between the maps.
But without any further info it's only speculation on my part. Possibly just a troll mod.
