I found some hidden maps in Kleiner-Life through console commands. Example: "fuckyou". And, will you ever make a proper Gordon Freakman soundtrack list with proper credits?
Wirelex, do you think you can you give me some information for how to add custom weapons to a Half Life 2 mod, like what you do? I've been trying to figure out how to do it for about 2 years now and haven't figured out the correct way to do it and its very frustrating. Please let me know when you can.
1. get the code for the branch and set it up
2. copy the "weapon_pistol.cpp" code and paste it into a new file
3. rename everything "pistol" to whatever the name of your weapon is EXCEPT FOR THE NPC ANIMATIONS DON'T MESS WITH THAT CRAP UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING
4. add it to "c_hl2_weapon__stubs.cpp" or something like that + "hl2_gamerules.cpp"
5. copy the pistol's script (located in "[your mod's base folder]/scripts" and paste it, renaming it to the same as the cpp file but with .txt and again edit everything with "pistol" to be the name of your weapon
