Galactic Civilizations of New Eden (GCoNE) is a GC3 overhaul/total conversion mod based on the universe of CCP's EVE Online. Explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate your rivals while playing as one of the major empires of EVE Online in a Galactic Civilizations setting entirely recast to capture all the details of the vast and dangerous New Eden star cluster.
Version 1.0 Features List:
- 4 new complete ship sets based on the ships of EVE Online with over 120 ship designs
- New starbase designs based on the stations of EVE Online
- 12 major factions: Amarr Empire, Angel Cartel, Blood Raider Covenant, Caldari State, Gallente Federation, Guristas Pirates, Intaki Syndicate, Khanid Kingdom, Minmatar Republic, Sansha's Nation, Serpentis Corporation, and Thukker Tribe
- 12 minor factions: Achura, Ammatar Mandate, Intaki Prime, Jin-Mei, Mannar, Mordu's Legion, New Eden Academy, Otherspace Enterprises, Outer Ring Excavations, Servant Sisters of EVE, Society of Conscious Thought, and Thug Hive
- A Rogue Drones faction to replace the generic GC3 Space Pirates
- Tech trees for each major faction based on EVE lore
- Hundreds of new diplomatic interactions based on EVE lore
- Countless lines of flavor text, UI, and game components rewritten to match the EVE setting

Can't wait for the whole Eve package. Love the ship design, but can't stand the toxic culture CCP allows (Or perhaps encourages). I'll be keeping an eye out for this one from now on, looking great so far.
I'd love to help out with this mod, I can do XML coding and ship designs, i've added the Nemesis and Manticore bombers to my version of this alpha release, as well as the Cerberus Heavy Assault Cruiser.

Avesome mode weiting for minmatar,amarr and new tech tree!
One: Looks Amazing.
Two: Downloaded Caldari.
Three: Admiteddly haven't played in a while... lost 90% off my assets in one night. WAS NOT HAPPY.
Four: Any plans for ORE or any player factions like CFC, N4, BoB yes they be gone now, heck even Goons alone, etc.
And one last question. I have my own faction... I was wondering how you trimmed around the logo for the Caldari. My emblem is a Circle but is has a square black background.

ORE are represented as a minor faction (among a total of 12 lore-appropriate minors). Three of the other minor factions are based on significant capsuleer corporations from EVE (Goonswarm, Chribba, and EVE University, specifically).
I used GIMP to design the logos and simply drew them over a transparent background.
