Support for FBP Orbital

Description
The Reinforcement Manager has get an Support for FBP Orbital.
If FBP Orbital is activated an additional Window called Space will be created.
This makes it possible to call Spaceships as Reinforcements into the Battle.
If not activated only Planetary Reinforcements are available
The Reinforcement Manager has been updated with this new Future on Github now.
