Extended Cultures V version 1.3 installer. This version may not not savegame compatible with previous version
Installation instruction:
1) Run XC_5_1.3.4.exe. Then selects your installer option. After that you would need to choose path for you to install. The rest of the process is automatic. I'd recommend choosing Use Loader.exe for player which use CD version of Alexander and BI for those without Alexander option (for steam BI, see below). When the installation is finished, a window "Completing Extended Cultures Setup" with Finish button will appear. Press Finish.
**NOTE: For player who has stability problem with this mod, I recommend to additionally selected Minimal Sound Setting and/or Minimal Music Setting option which would reduce memory using by this mod and improve stability as whole.**
2) For person who use Steam BI, follow instruction in Moddb.com to run game as you could not launch it through shortcut on desktop given by installer.

Note: Installer nolonger support registration search in recent Windows update, so player need to link mod to game folder by themselves.

- Eastern faction could access to siege engineer workshop properly.
- Missing UI for temple of of Baal-El would be implemented.
- Unit which could not aboard transport ship would be told in unit description.
- Rebel units for peasant revolt would be changed to mercenary with all ownership for stability reason
- Remove blank surnames
- Cyrenaica and Bosphoran campaign bodyguard of greek city state change to hoplite bodyguards to solve faction ownership problem
- Add slave recruitment template for character spawning in loyalty setting option
- Attempt to fix ai not response when enemy charging at the corner of unit (if still not fix, please report)
- New game menu update
- fix hellenic/hellenistic barrack could not upgrade to level 4 or higher in Alexandria
- Update and adjustment on menu.

- Fix problem of custom battle, quick battle, and online battle could not launch
- New nomad portraits by Xeofex

I forgot to say that I use XC5 with BI
Analysis complete.
Source of crash coming from character profile corruption on at least one character, Eshmunazar in Ptolemaic empire faction. This is savegame corruption, not problem from mod itself. This save could not be recovered as once this character move out of city it will die immediately and crash, kill this character by script also lead to crash too. Apart from this deadman walking character, this save also have something else corrupt in it too, such as character movement path appear in place and moment it should not. Some other modder I consult suggest that it may coming from you may accidentally minimized the game during ai turn which would lead to action record corruption or, in my theory, play with widescreen correction, widescreen correction in RTW original may cause autosave to corrupt. Something like this could occur in unmodded game too, but it is very rare occurance.
This is not problem if you start new game, but if you start new game and still get the problem, please report along with send me save game I will analyze it to improve mod further.

I found that in the older version of XC5 the education traits are not working to characters who stayed in those famous schools for a long time.
Come to Age characters in royal families such as the Seleucid and the Lagid are not having the royal dynasty traits with them as well.

Ethnic traits are also disappear in come to Age characters, and those characters are not having the royal dynasty traits with them as well when they are in royal families such as the Seleucid and the Lagid.

when ever i try and load up the MOD it keeps crashing, it says "invalid ownership type gaul in barb archer horde" isa there any way to fix this

You have installation problem, look like file not unpack in right place or not unpack properly, please check if mod folder (xc5) has size at least 3 gb or not. If not then you have problem with installation.

Yes, you could deactivate those bonus lines in export_descr_buildings.txt yourself but that would be quite difficult to do so.

I dont get "use BI exe" in 1.3.5 but I do when I try to install 1.2. What am I missing?
Very nice mod in every respect. I love playing it, but it seems that every time I take an enemy capital my corruption expense goes up by like 10000 a turn. Is this a feature of the mod? How do I deal with it? Otherwise there is not much wrong with the mod, amazing work.

Not sure if this is a bug but when i capture a city with tribal culture and then i have my western culture have more influence the dominant tribal does not change into mine(western). I even have cities with 90% western and 10% tribal and the dominant is still tribal(even used cheats to upgrade every building and still the same)
