We don't guarantee that it will work with big/complex mods (ex. Brutal DOOM) since Equestria DOOM chances a lot of things of the core base game.
Tho, it may work with smaller mods or universal mods.

Nah . I do something special. I'm not one of these people who ask every modder if their mod runs with brutal doom :).
I uploaded 14gb of universal add-ons for Gzdoom and zandronum on telegram. I use 50.000 mods and add-ons to create awesome modcombos. If I want gore, I just use one of the dozen + gore mods in existence. Brutal doom is absolutely awesome but overrated after so many similar looking and playing BD mods being released .
Don't get me wrong. Someone pointed out that such an amount is awesome and he's right. I just have 30+ BD mods already and most coming out now "only" change some weapons and sounds. Stuff like BD PLATINUM or BD PACK 10 are absolutely awesome and change so much that it's almost a new project Brutality imo.
Or brutal doom Minecraft , brutal doom creepy edition or brutal chexx.
