Couple of minor tweaks and bugfixes:

Reworked GC galaxy particle to look a bit better.
Fixed the Crusader gunships PDD
Fixed the ion torpedo shots for all bombers. Apparently the ion torp ability really needs to be in the first ability slot, otherwise the game will simply not fire the weapon. #ThanksEAW
Fixed Skipray description, it has an astromech droid, its description now mentions it, and its universal heal rate.
New medium missile trail effect, looks a tad fancier.
Added power to engine particle for the A wing
Added Scimitar Assault Bomber squadron to the Empire.

Twin Ion Engine starfighters are supposed to have 2 ion engines, but I agree it's a little fucky. It gets more confusing considering the Defender has 3 exhausts over most other TIEs 2, or the Bomber having 4, then the Scimitar also having 4. Visually, it doesn't make a lot of sense, but then again what does in star wars?

Yay! Always loved this design even if it didn't fit the Twin Ion Engine type class. Thought the solar panel "wings" looked kinda like old style coffins and it kinda fit considering what this ship was designed to do. Basically makes ships/stations coffins for the crews due to its heavy firepower. Will this become the default land bombing run for Empire?

Description

Scimitar Assault Bomber. Equipped with dual lasers, 16 proton torpedo launchers, dual anti-starfighter missile launchers, a heavy shield generator, heavy armor, and advanced engines.

The totally not TIE series Scimitar Assault Bomber is designed to bomb into oblivion the most heavily armored targets of the Empire. While exceptionally effective in this role, the fast but inagile highly advanced Scimitar is vulnerable against interceptors and heavy-duty starfighters. For all of its advanced technology, the Empire spared no expense: entire squadrons of TIEs could be built for the cost of a single Scimitar.

Fires 16 proton torpedoes at ships. Fires two anti-starfighter missiles at starfighters. Anti-starfighter missiles do not penetrate shields. All starfighter shields are fully recharged after 15 seconds.

Agility: 1.25 Max Speed: 4.0 Hitpoints: 35 Shieldpoints: 50
