One potential "fix" could be to add battle damage to the Death Star so the reactor is exposed to space. That would explain how all these capital ships got in there xP

I'd love to, but EAW's lighting engine is directional, so I can't really do that. I'll experiment a bit with what works best.

maybe fighter-only restriction? or kind of campaign mission?
This could be nice for cinematic shots and battles. Though it would be hilarious to see something like SSD's in it.
