Just Unzip and load either Pk3 (not both) with any Doom IWAD. This is a monster pack that can be used with or without weapons packs. The Monsters are HARD, figure Project Brutality hard at minimum. For GZD and LZD.
Welcome to the Doom THOHT Definitive and THOHT-3D! This version is the tiniest and Prettiest version, aka the Most Theatrical. We got GLDEFs for Dynamic Lights, a PalPus Color Pallete and so many particles flying from fireballs that it'll blow your head off at the spectacle.
This monster pack is a reworking of Vanilla monsters and assets via the Power of Decorate and the GZDoom Engine.
All monsters have Vanilla Health, for better or worse, so that Vanilla weapons can be used with no Weapon pack needed. The added perks on the projectiles also extend to the Vanilla projectiles for Plasma rounds and Dynamic Lights.
All monsters have been changed to have extra mobility and expanded, but basic abilities. Some Monsters have been changed out for the Doom THOHT Mascot monsters: Shadow Knight, Imp Elemental, and Thoth. All Monsters have been modified to look physically different by either slightly or even large differences; once again no sprites used. Some Monsters retain or gain Hitscan weap Shotgunner, Arachnotron.
Heres the Breakdown on the monsters.:
- Zombieman- Expanded movement- Will shoot continuously until player takes cover..- Hitscan
- Shotgunner- Expanded movement- Shoots faster and harder= Hitscan
- Chaingunner- Expanded Movement- Fires Chain Balls rather than hitscan!
- THOHT Imp= Literally the most annoying enemy in the whole pack. Enjoy.
- Pinky- Looks larger and can charge at you. Very viscious
- Spectre- Is actually Stealth Pinky. He uncloaks when he attacks or gets shot.
- Shadow Knight- Replaces Hell Knight: The main Mascot; He flies, he charges and he throws Lost Souls. He's mostly Translucent.
- Cacodemon: Faster Cacoballs. Not much else because Cacos have always been annoying.
- FATSO: A Normal Mancubus that now shoots Plasma, very pretty yellow plasma.
- Arachnotron. Yay! A spider that actually climbs! Also uses a chaingun. High Priority target
- Baron of Hell: He's buff, he's mean. He'll take you to the hell cleaners.
- Imp Elemental: Pain Boy looks the same, but now you know where imps are born from.
- Cyberdemon: Hes man size now, but he still retains all his power. He don't shoot rockets these days. He likes Gatlin Plasma.
- Thoth- Modeled after Ganon from Legend of Zelda. He is a giant, angry Stealth Baron with his own attacks and mobility freedom.

THis has now been updated and added up. Bugs fixed in Definitive version and also added 3D monster version as well. GZD or LZD needed for both versions. THOHT 3D and Definitive do play slightly differently from each other. 3D uses the Zandronum version base code whereas Definitive uses it's own variation.
