This is an enhanced gore mod made by the now-defunct Nitro Clan. The aim of the mod was to enhance the gore of the game to a level of what the developers thought appropriate for Doom 3, otherwise - how it should of been according to them. This removed the effect where Demons or Zombies would disintegrate into nothing. If you (the player) gets hit you'll see blood coming from you as well.
