Imposes some new rules on the dynamic faction relations system, so you won't find Duty and Bandits becoming allies, for example.

Also why would Loners have dynamic relation with Clear Sky, most of theor members come from lone stalkers...
I left that intact because Clear Sky in COTZ can be quite...radical. Moreso than other mods (in terms of quests and writing) basically, they're more than willing to get their hands dirty to achieve their goal in COTZ, plus I needed loners to have some balance since as is they only have 3 hostile factions from the start now.

I am currently playing the CoTZ mod(as loner), and I can confirm that the vanilla Dynamic factions is just broken.
Loners(and me with them) are at war with EVERYONE except freedom and even have an ALLIANCE with BANDITS(wtf)...
I am at day 15 and have never seen Loners do a cease/fire with anyone, only going to war.
I hope your script helps my current save as I would really... really hate to have to start a whole new playthrough
