I didn't notice the pause music not being present at all, game just keeps turning music volume in settings to 0 and I constantly have to turn it up. Does this addon fix it?
For people new to this: the most convenient way to convert audio files to .ogg is to use Audacity. Open the file in Audacity and click Export in the File menu. Select .ogg in the next dialogue and accept default options.
... if I ever get around to it, I'll replace all the actor's pain sounds with D'ohs.
